30C every 2-3 hours for acute dyspnoea, weak heart, or cyanosis with dropsical swelling; reduce as symptoms ease.
Chronic
200C weekly for chronic weak heart, dropsy, or respiratory complaints; 1M only under professional supervision.
Notes
Best for weak heart with slow, irregular, intermittent pulse, and dyspnoea worse at night and on lying down. Often paired with Arsenicum or Crataegus in cardiac constitutions. Stop on improvement; high potencies can aggravate heart symptoms.
