Acute Dosing
30C every few hours for acute left-sided throat, hot flushes, or vascular complaints; 200C in severe climacteric or septic pictures with marked loquacity and jealousy.
Chronic Dosing
200C to 1M as a single constitutional dose at long intervals for chronic climacteric, cardiovascular, or left-sided complaints; repeat only after a clear return of the Lachesis picture.
Notes
Worse on waking, from touch, and from tight clothing; better in open air. Left-sided complaints and purple discoloration are strong confirmatories. Do not repeat once the patient improves.
