Acute Dosing
30C every few hours for acute hemorrhages, chest colds, or gastroenteritis with thirst for cold water; 200C in severe hemorrhagic or respiratory cases.
Chronic Dosing
200C to 1M as a single constitutional dose at long intervals for chronic constitutional, respiratory, or hemorrhagic complaints; repeat only after a clear return of symptoms.
Notes
Tall, slender, open, sympathetic, and thirst for cold water in large quantities confirm. Vomiting when water warms in stomach is a strong keynote. Do not repeat once the patient improves.

30C every 2-3 hours for acute haemorrhages, coughs, or gastroenteritis with burning and thirst; reduce as symptoms ease.
Chronic
200C weekly for chronic respiratory weakness, anxiety, or bleeding tendency in tall, slender, sensitive patients; 1M under supervision.
Notes
Tall, slender, fine-grained, anxious, fearful (thunderstorms, the dark, being alone), desires company and cold water, vomits it when warm. Burning pains, bright red haemorrhages. Worse from cold, evening, lying on left; better from cold food, sleep, company.
