30C every few hours for acute menopausal hot flushes, dragging pelvic pain, or premenstrual complaints; 200C in severe, well-established pictures.
Chronic Dosing
200C to 1M as a single constitutional dose at long intervals for chronic menopausal, pelvic, or venous complaints; repeat only after a clear return of the Sepia picture.
Notes
Worse before menses and better from vigorous exercise are strong confirmatories. Dragging pelvic sensation and indifference to loved ones confirm. Do not repeat once the patient improves.
